  • Also in regards to sharing the product catalogue on our google drive - i've had to share it twice with the new employee in the OPS team and Bree. Did I do it incorrectly. Just saw the message on SP All Staff and wasn't sure if that was directed at me?

  • No worries. Had a chat to Greg (nice fella). Doesn't seem to be a distributor that I can see online in Aus. But I'll check with W & A, but at this stage I think Greg may be out of luck.

    @Gordon Craik can you please call Lance after the meeting? The only Sungrow WiFi dongle that can be purchased is the EyeM4 4G dongle. For any other dongle, such as maybe the customer has lost a dongle they need to contact Sungrow Tech team regarding a spare part
