  • Hey Gents,

    Adam from Eco Tech Electrical called (0499003158) regarding an email he sent last week with photos of a damaged BYD battery he ordered and received in December. He opened the box last week for the install he was doing to discover the battery was damaged and is waiting for someone to call him back/respond to his email.

  • G;day again lads.

    Liam from Platinum Electricians called wanting some advice on Tesla Batteries vs Energex and export limits. He said Energex are charging him a $964 investigation fee to come out and confirm the Tesla setup, as they consider these units 'generators' and not just batteries? He was hoping to chat to someone about an alternative battery setup that will avoid this?
