    @Bradley Flavel , Tigo doesn't hold local stock everything is ordered from overseas. They have a couple of options 1) they can just use a 3rd party enclosure, there is nothing unique about the enclosure. 2) most customers install the box indoors anyway so it may not be an issue

  • Hi guys, Middy's Albury wanted the TIGO CCA Kit (Tigo Cloud Connect Kit advance with outdoor box), but accidentally ordered the TIGO-CCA which doesn't come with the outdoor box. Is there a way to source the outdoor box only or is this something they'll need to talk to Tigo directly?

    @Lauren Haworth Re the Pricelist sharing via public drives. No, this is related to people external from SP. But handy to know how to do it as sharing from a non-public drive people recieving the file will need to ask permission from the sharer before they can view the file. Not a big deal when doing it internally. Best thing to do with internal sharing is to give people the file path instead so they know where the files are stored. Easier to access updated/current files of things.

  • Also in regards to sharing the product catalogue on our google drive - i've had to share it twice with the new employee in the OPS team and Bree. Did I do it incorrectly. Just saw the message on SP All Staff and wasn't sure if that was directed at me?
